Remind tomorrow's clients in two minutes, even without an SMS provider

The “Not confirmed for tomorrow” list on the dashboard shows who the reminder didn't reach. The “Remind” button opens an SMS from your own phone with a ready text - one tap per client.

Automatic reminders go through the Telegram bot, email or an SMS provider. If there's no provider and the client hasn't subscribed to the bot or left an email, the reminder won't reach them. Before, salons sent such clients an SMS by hand, going through the calendar appointment by appointment. Now it's done from one list.

Where it is

On the dashboard — the “Not confirmed for tomorrow” block. It lists tomorrow's appointments whose clients haven't tapped “I'll come”. Clients who already confirmed aren't on it: there's no need to remind them.

The “not delivered” mark next to an appointment means the automatic reminder didn't go to this client at all — no bot, no email, no SMS. These are the ones to remind yourself.

How to remind

  1. Tap “Remind” next to the appointment.
  2. A window opens with a ready reminder text: date, time, service and a “confirm or reschedule” link. You can adjust it for this client.
  3. Choose how to send:
    • SMS — your phone's Messages app opens with the number and text; just tap “Send”. The SMS goes from your SIM;
    • WhatsApp — a chat with the client with the text filled in;
    • Viber and Telegram — a chat with the client opens and the text is copied; paste it.

After that the “not delivered” mark disappears, and the appointment's reminder log shows when and how you reminded. If the client taps “I'll come” via the link, the appointment leaves the list entirely.

The same window opens from the “Notify the client” button in any appointment card — it has “Booking confirmation” and “Reminder” tabs.

The reminder text

The text comes from the salon template: “Settings → Reminders → Reminder text”. It supports the same placeholders as the confirmation: {client}, {service}, {day}, {date}, {time}, {price}, {address}. Details in “Notify the client about a booking”.

So you don't have to remind by hand

  • Ask clients to subscribe to the bot: every appointment page has a “Remind me in Telegram” button. The bot is free.
  • Connect an SMS provider: “SMS via a provider”. Then reminders go out by themselves, and the “Not confirmed for tomorrow” list stays for those who stayed silent.
