Per-minute services: 15 minutes with one tap instead of fifteen lines

Electrolysis is billed by the minute - “Електро обличчя 1 хв” for 20 UAH. Now an appointment takes a number of minutes, and the price and end time are calculated automatically.

Electrolysis, some massages and corrections are billed by the minute: the price list says “Електро обличчя 1 хв — 20 UAH”, and the client comes for 15 minutes. Before, you had to add that service to the appointment fifteen times. Now you just set the quantity.

How to book it

  1. “New appointment” → choose the client and the service, for example “Електро обличчя 1 хв”.
  2. Below the service a “Minutes” row appears with a “− 1 +” counter and 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 min buttons.
  3. Tap “15 min” or type the number.

The price becomes 300 UAH (20 × 15), and the end time moves 15 minutes from the start. If the specialist or location has its own per-minute price, that price is used.

Extra services in the appointment have the counter too: “Wax underarms” plus “Електро обличчя 1 хв” × 10 in one appointment is perfectly fine.

Which service counts as per-minute

One whose duration in the price list is 1 minute. For it the counter is labelled “Minutes” and has quick buttons. For other services the same counter is labelled “Quantity”: that way you can book, say, two identical procedures in a row.

What happens with such an appointment

  • In the calendar it takes all 15 minutes.
  • At checkout the line is paid as 15 × 20 UAH: the quantity carries over to the visit, the receipt and the reports.
  • In the specialist's payroll the full line amount is counted.

If the client asks for 5 more minutes on the spot, open the appointment: in the “Visit composition” block the service has the same “− 15 +” counter. Tap “+” five times and the price and end time recalculate. If the longer appointment now overlaps the next one, the CRM will tell you.

Per-minute service or a separate “30 min”?

If you have a few fixed options (“30 min”, “60 min”, “120 min”) with different prices, keep them as separate services. A per-minute service is handy when the duration varies every time and the price is strictly proportional to minutes.
