In a studio where the administrator works online and only the masters are on site, what matters most is that a master learns in time that their schedule has changed. A new evening booking, a reschedule, a cancellation an hour before the visit. Phone push handles this, but on an iPhone it only works in the app added to the Home Screen, and many people never install it. Everyone has Telegram open.
Now CRM notifications can arrive in the BeeSection Telegram bot.
How to connect
Each team member does it for their own account:
- Open Profile → Security, the "BeeSection Telegram bot" block. The same block is on the Settings → Notifications page.
- Press "Connect Telegram".
- The bot opens. Press "Start" — linking happens automatically. If Telegram is open on another device, copy the code and send it to the bot. The code is valid for 15 minutes and works once.
- Press "Send a test" — a message should arrive in Telegram.
There's no need to create your own bot or connect integrations or plugins: the bot is shared across the platform.
What arrives
The same events as phone push: "You were booked for a client", "A client booked online", "Appointment rescheduled", "Appointment cancelled", "Client did not show up", "Prepayment received for an appointment", plus tasks, leads, cash desk and inventory — depending on what the person has access to.
The message is short: what happened, the client, the service, the time. Under it is an "Open in CRM" button that leads straight to the booking or task card.
How to choose what to send
On the Settings → Notifications page, in the "What to send" block, every event has a "Phone | Telegram" switch. The choice is independent: you can get bookings only in Telegram and tasks only as push.
Quiet hours — "Do not disturb from" and "to" — are shared by phone and Telegram. At night nothing arrives in either.
If a message didn't arrive, the reason is shown in "Recent deliveries": the event is off, quiet hours, Telegram unlinked or the bot blocked.
Unlinking
The "Unlink" button in the same profile block, or the /stop command in the bot.
How this bot differs from the others
BeeSection has three different Telegram bots, and they're easy to mix up:
- the team bot — this one, CRM notifications for staff;
- the client bot — visit reminders for clients and the "I will come" button, see The client bot and the salon bot;
- the salon bot — your own, with the salon's name, for chatting with clients: Your salon's own Telegram bot.
Clients never see the team bot, and team members never get client messages in it. Phone push is covered in detail in Push notifications: what reaches the phone.
