BeeSection plans: what is free forever and how days are counted when you switch

Four plans, one of them free with no time limit. Where the line is, what happens after the trial, and why switching plans never costs you paid days.

There are four plans, and each answers one question: what hurts enough to be worth paying for.

PlanPer monthFor whom
Solo0 ₴A specialist working alone
Start299 ₴One specialist for whom a single missed booking a month costs more than the plan
Salon699 ₴A team of up to 8 specialists: payroll, inventory, chats
Network1499 ₴Several locations with one client base

Solo: free with no time limit

Solo is not a "cut-down Start" but a separate plan for a person working alone. It includes:

  • a booking page with your own address;
  • client cards with visit history;
  • reminders through the Telegram bot without limits, and 30 emails a day;
  • tasks, up to 20 open at a time.

There is no time limit. The plan does not expire after 14 days and does not ask for a card.

Two things Solo does not have, and both are visible every day: the "Powered by BeeSection" line on the booking page and prepayment for bookings. Both come with Start.

What happens after 14 days

Two different paths, depending on how you signed up.

Two paths after sign-up

Signed up as a salon. You get 14 days of Start without a card. After that the company moves to Solo unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.

Signed up as a solo specialist. There is no trial at all. You are on Solo right away and stay there until you decide otherwise. A promise of "free forever" should not start with two weeks after which something disappears.

What happens when you move to a lower plan

Data is never deleted: not on a downgrade, not after a subscription ends. Only creating new records in the sections of the higher plan and access to those sections close. Everything you entered stays and comes back when you return to the plan.

An example with tasks. On Start you created 60 tasks and went back to Solo with a limit of 20 open ones. All 60 stay; you can close and comment on them. You cannot create a new one while more than twenty are open. The limit counts open tasks, not all tasks ever created: a cap on history would eventually hit everyone who uses the product long enough.

Changing plans: why you lose nothing

Four rules, all on your side.

The remainder carries over as days. You bought Start for 299 ₴ and switched to Salon a week later. The unused three weeks of Start are converted to money and then to Salon days at its daily price. Those days are added to the new subscription. Rounding is always down: half a day of a subscription means nothing.

One live invoice. If you pick another plan before paying the previous invoice, the previous one is closed. Three open payment pages that could all be paid in a row no longer happen.

Moving to the free plan happens at the end of the paid period. You paid for a month of Salon and picked Solo mid-month. Salon runs to the end of its term, and only then does the free plan switch on. Paid time does not burn.

No more than three changes a day. A real salon never needs more, and flipping plans back and forth stops making sense.

Money for a period that has already started is not refunded, because nothing is lost: the unused remainder either runs out its term or carries over.

The change log: seeing the arithmetic

Every plan change is recorded together with the numbers the new term came from: remaining days, the daily price of the old plan, the amount, the number of days on the new plan. If you ever ask "why is my term this long", the answer will not be "everything works on our side" but the actual calculation, which we show on request.

Auto-renewal

There are two ways to renew. If you ticked "remember the card" when paying, the charge happens automatically. The box is unticked by default: a card saved silently means a charge nobody expects.

If there is no card or the charge fails, we issue an invoice and send an email. The subscription does not vanish with the card, and you learn about a failed charge by email before you notice it yourself.

We do not store the card number. What is stored is a token issued by the payment provider and a mask like •••• 1111 for the interface.
