A plan description decides nothing: a person does not know what they are missing until they have worked with it. Four days on a higher plan show the difference better than any list. People get used to summary reports, chats in one window and automatic payroll, and going back makes their absence noticeable.
Why an email and not a switch-on
Half of salons do not need a higher plan. A specialist who has enough with booking and a client base gets nothing from inventory and payroll, and four days pass in vain together with the occasion to show the plan seriously. So the promotion starts with an email with a button, and the plan switches on when the link is followed. Not followed, and a week later the invitation quietly closes; that is an answer too.
The day count starts at the moment the link is followed, not when the email was sent. Whoever opens the email on the third day gets the same four days.
Three rules
Upward only. A promotion for Start will not reach a salon paying for Network: that would take away what was paid for. The comparison is by plan price.
One promotion at a time. Two overlapping ones would mean the plan depends on which one sorting returns.
Nothing is deleted. When the promotion ends, the company is exactly where it was: on its subscription or on the free plan. Bookings, clients, tasks and leads created during those days stay; only the higher plan's sections close.
Small things worth knowing
- Following the link a second time is not an error: emails get opened twice and links get forwarded. The second attempt answers the same as the first.
- The plan is checked twice: at sending and at following. If between them you bought a subscription higher than the one offered, the promotion does not switch on, so as not to downgrade what was paid for.
- Buying a plan closes the promotion. Otherwise it would keep overriding the paid subscription.
- The promotion ends at that very second, not when the scheduler gets to it.
If you agreed with us personally, the promotion can be switched on without an email, right away.
