“Appointments tomorrow”: an evening summary for specialists in Telegram and on the phone

Every evening a specialist gets a list of their appointments for tomorrow: time, client, service. In the bell, on the phone and in Telegram. No cancellations, and nothing at all if the day is empty.

A specialist arrives in the morning and learns from the calendar that the first client was moved to nine. The evening summary solves this in advance: the evening before, the specialist sees tomorrow in one message.

What arrives

Around 19:00 Kyiv time in summer (18:00 in winter) the specialist gets “Appointments tomorrow, 26.10: 5” and a list:

10:00 Olha Melnyk — Laser
11:30 Yuliia Tolok — Face 30 min
14:00 Iryna Holubnychenko — Bikini + underarms + legs

Tapping it opens their appointments for that day in the CRM.

  • Cancelled appointments, no-shows and demo data are left out.
  • If there are no appointments tomorrow, no message is sent.
  • Times follow the time zone of the appointment's location.
  • With more than thirty appointments, the message shows the first thirty and the rest are in the CRM.

Where it arrives

Through the same channels as other CRM notifications:

  • the bell in the CRM;
  • push on the phone, if you turned on notifications in the app;
  • Telegram, if you linked the BeeSection bot in your profile.

How to link Telegram: “CRM notifications in Telegram”.

The summary goes to people who have a CRM account linked to a specialist card. A specialist without an account won't get it: give them access in “Staff”.

How to turn it off

“Settings → Notifications” → “My appointments for tomorrow (evening)”. Separate switches for the phone and for Telegram. Quiet hours apply: if they start before the summary, it lands in the bell silently.

Colleagues' messages in Telegram too

Team chat messages now also arrive in Telegram, not only as push on the phone. Handy for those who haven't installed the app. Turn it off in the same place with the “Message from a colleague” switch.
