By creating an account, accessing BeeSection or using any related service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use BeeSection on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.

BeeSection provides cloud tools for appointments, clients, employees, services, inventory, communications, reports, payments, payroll and integrations. Available functions depend on the selected plan, configuration and region.

We may improve, replace or discontinue individual functions. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated where reasonably possible.

You must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials and keep administrator access limited to trusted persons.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account unless you promptly notify us about unauthorized access and the action resulted from a BeeSection security failure.

A new eligible workspace receives a 14-day trial unless another period is explicitly shown during registration. A bank card is not required to start the standard trial.

The trial begins when the company workspace is created. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per company, owner, email address, payment method or related organization.

At the end of the trial, access to paid functions may be restricted until a plan is activated. We may preserve data for a limited retention period, but you should export required information before access ends.

Prices, billing periods, included limits and taxes are displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically when auto-renewal is enabled.

You authorize the selected payment method or workspace balance to be charged for due amounts. Failed payment may result in suspension or limitation of paid functions.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.

You retain your rights to data submitted to your workspace. You grant BeeSection the limited right to host, copy, transmit, transform and process that data solely to provide, secure and support the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer data and for providing required notices or obtaining consent for messages, recordings, marketing and processing of sensitive information.

You must not use BeeSection for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, malware, unauthorized surveillance, infringement of intellectual property, attempts to bypass security or interference with the service.

You must not resell access, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected components or use automated traffic that creates unreasonable load unless expressly permitted.

Integrations are provided for convenience and may be governed by third-party terms. BeeSection is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss or charges caused by an external provider.

You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and reviewing the permissions granted to each connected provider.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Support scope and response targets may depend on the selected plan. Beta or experimental functions may change or be removed without the same notice as generally available functions.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach or conduct that threatens other users or the platform.

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal through available account controls. Outstanding payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

BeeSection is a business management tool and does not provide legal, tax, medical, accounting or employment advice. Reports and calculations must be reviewed by the responsible business before they are relied upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will meet every specific business requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeSection is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss caused by customer configuration or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the event, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and revision date will be published here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
